No. Autracon performs identity and risk assessments based on the data provided by the client. The contents of the mandate itself are not processed. Its use is compatible with the duty of professional confidentiality under Section 43a of the BRAO and Section 9 of the RAO.

The obligation remains with you. Autracon provides the tamper-evident audit trail required for your own documentation, including timestamps, verification results and data sources.

Autracon operates independently via browser and email. You receive PDF reports for your client files, which can be integrated into any document management system.
